Good question! The real answer is we don’t know! The universe is huuuggeee and we still haven’t explored even a fraction of it yet so there is a possibility that there is a planet out there somewhere with life on it. And technically an alien just has to be some bacteria from another planet it doesn’t have to be a walking, talking, green thing with tentacles and seven eyes. So I think it is definitely possible.
