      Good question!

I think the most important part of the human body is the brain. It is in charge of organising the rest of your body as well as remembering things, helping you make decisions and controlling your moods!

I would say that any organ of the body that you can’t live without is equally important. So the brain is a good answer, but I’d include the heart, the liver and a few other things too.
