Well, that quite depends on what the food is!

If you eat a varied diet on each day, getting all the nutrients and vitamins that we need then eating it every day for a month wouldn’t really do very much to you at all. It would be pretty boring though!

On the other hand, if you only ate chocolate everyday for a month you’d most likely put on lots of weight and, may develop some health issues in relation to vitamin deficiencies.

Good question. Anna is of course correct, as the answer entirely depends on what you eat for that month.

In fact someone has done this for you. Take a look at the film ‘Super Size Me’, which is all about what happenned to Morgan Spurlock who went to the same fast food restaurant every day for a month and only ate their food. It’s very very scary!

Anna and Kevin are right here! It depends what you eat for that month. If you eat only porridge then I imagine that you would miss out on some things your body needs but it wouldn’t be the worst thing as you would get fibre and actually most of your vitamins and minerals. However, if you ate only burgers then they have lots of fat in them and your tummy would get quite sore I think and your concentration wouldn’t be very good.

The documentary that Kevin recommended is great and you should definitely watch it! I don’t know if this clip is from the movie but I think it is super interesting! It shows how different McDonald’s foods decompose and break down in your body.
