• Question: what is the best thing about being a scientist

      Ooooh! Tough one! There is quite a few things I like. I like working in a lab with people from lots of different countries (you hear so many cool stories!), travelling to see other scientists to talk about our work, designing and carrying out experiments and getting results when an experiment has worked! But the thing I like the most is that I feel like I could be helping people who are sick and trying to help them get better!

      I like having the opportunity to have my own ideas and then test them to see whether I’m right or not.
